The front desk staff was amazing, very professional and kind. The room had a weird musty smell, and the bathroom tile had yellow staining on it.

Stayed one night for flight. Waited for shuttle at terminal 2; did not show up; had to call hotel; was told by front desk that shuttle did not pick up at Terminal 2 due to construction even though other hotel shuttles have no problems picking up at Terminal 2. Room was comfortable. Toilet had scratch marks showing its age. Shower was also old but had good water pressure. No executive lounge. Hotel was split with apartments. Had early flight; was not offered any breakfast. Overall, okay stay but not great.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing getaway turned out to be a frustrating and disappointing experience.
First and foremost, the pool was advertised as heated, yet it was anything but. The water was cold and completely unusable. The hot tub, which we were looking forward to enjoying, was in terrible condition — not only were there tiles missing everywhere, but only two jets were working, making it far from the relaxing experience it should have been.
To make matters worse, one of the elevators was so sketchy and unreliable that after using it once, we refused to step into it again for our safety. This is a serious concern, especially when safety and accessibility should be top priorities for any hospitality business.
Overall, our experience fell far below expectations. I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure future guests don’t face the same disappointment.

Overall experience was not what I would expect from a Crowne Plaza Hotel. Room was satisfactory but internet wasn’t working, guest services was called no one was sent to fix it. Somewhere close to room was using a drill of some sort at 10:00 PM.
Only worthwhile experience was the restaurant were the staff was very nice and friendly.

Yes, I recommend this property.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Our experience was absolutely great! The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will using this hotel every time we have to stay in the cities!

Very frustrated with the shuttle. Asked when being dropped off at the airport how to get the shuttle back to the hotel. I was told just come down to the shuttle area where the shuttle comes every 20 minutes. After the shuttlel did not show up after 20+ minutes, I called the hotel only to find out for the first time that I need you to call the shuttle upon arrival. The miscommunication is frustrating and I ended up sitting out in the cold for a long time
