Yes, I recommend this property.
The hotel is walking distance to the nearby Metro, restaurants and the shopping mall. Room is clean, has a great view and has a comfortable bed to sleep on. The only drawback was their English, most of the hotel's workers weren't able to communicate in English language.

I’ve stayed at Crowne Plaza Hangzhou Qiantang many times, and each time I’ve always had an amazing stay. The service is excellent, and everyone I have met was very welcoming and professional, including Oliver from front desk, Doris from lounge and Martin from concierge . The hotel remains spotless and clean, with comfortable rooms to stay in. The staff have a keen attention to detail to customer preferences and has always done their best to accomodate me, for example by preparing the room to include a humidifier.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was great.
Upon checking in, the staff were really helpful and kind. The room was really new, clean, and modern. So was the bathroom. The gym was also nice too.
The breakfast and the lounge were also really nice. However, the lounge only had beer, no spirits.
It was also conveniently located with many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The room temperature is uncomplicated for sleeping. Check-in and out services are inconvenient for guests. Some service people are not familiar with their working regulations
