My car was broken into, while in the parking lot, in the five minutes it took us to check in.
A guy, claiming to be the manager came out and instantly goes “we’re not responsible for anything in our garage”
I’m sorry — who are you? Could you at least introduce yourself and apologize.
After that, we had to go to the front desk FOUR TIMES to get new cards, as they didn’t program the garage properly.
We ended up speaking with Andre, the GM, who said he would take off one night and call me. He never called me.
I spoke with Roger, the night manager the next night, who finally apologized and said they would take off the second night, which they never did.
The front desk staff is a joke. They don’t care, never offered any solutions, and seemed to hate their job.
For $250+ a night, stay anywhere else. We will never be back to this property.
It’s a totally joke.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how upsetting this situation was, and we want to address the concerns you raised.
During check-in, it was mentioned that your vehicle was left unlocked, which unfortunately increases the risk of theft. While we empathize with the situation, it’s important to note that there are clearly posted signs throughout the parking area stating the hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items, as per our policy.
Our team, including both our General Manager and Front Office Manager, spoke with you during your stay and extended multiple apologies. As a gesture of goodwill, we promptly refunded your first night, which you accepted. At no point was a second night refund approved or confirmed.
We are sorry if you felt our staff did not meet your expectations in handling the matter. The issues with the key cards were addressed during your visit, and we’ve since followed up with our team to ensure smoother communication and service moving forward.
We truly regret that your stay was not what you had hoped for and appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve

I will definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Lauderdale. The beds were comfortable, clean rooms and the staff very friendly. The hotel shuttle driver( Catalina) was extremely helpful and nice !!!

I chose this hotel for its location close to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. The hotel offers valet parking but also a self parking facility at only 20 USD per night. There is a swimming pool but it can be in the shade at certain moments of the day. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

One of the best hotels I stayed. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room is super clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Toilet and shower is great. Not to mention location is close to almost everything.

I was coming in from a cruise and had to catch the shuttle at the FLL airport to the hotel. The directions for requesting the shuttle were a little lacking on detail and my frustration when I called the number on the reservation form was becoming very apparent. We were able to book the shuttle and got to the hotel without issue. Melissa at the front desk was very friendly and I offered an apology for being snarky on the phone, which she quickly dismissed the need for the apology and was more than gracious in understanding the frustration. Her positivity and friendliness was much appreciated! The hotel is clean and comfortable and an easy Uber ride to local resturants.

Convenient, near everything and comfortable. Resturants near by, airport shuttle, beach 10 min drive. Car rentals all across the street. Anthony's restaurant you won't be disappointed. The cruise port is literally down the road which also has a shuttle. Very clean and big rooms
