Yes, I recommend this property.
Conveniently located near the airport, the noise of incoming and outgoing flights was not a problem. From check in to check out the stay was great, if I had to comments on anything the showerhead was a little cheap and lacked good pressure, but I see that in a large number of hotels. the bar/lounge had great service and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very displeased with my stay hotel needs a major updating. The hotel is being in the prosses of a renovation but myself being IHG member and a returning for a second visit should've been put in better room.

This hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was amazing, the staff were all very nice and welcoming and the room was very clean, quiet and relaxing.
I will definitely be staying at this hotel the next time I’m in the Jacksonville area.

The lobby was very nice. Loved the set up. But because this particular location was under renovation the rooms were not to crowne plaza standards.

Room was dirty stains on carpet. The price was very high for the outdated room. I can understand the price if the rooms were better but for the price I don’t get it.

Just wanted to point out Lawrence st the front desk, who went above and beyond in customer service. Great hotel, but I would stay again just based on how well we were treated by Lawrence. There is good customer service, then there is great customer service, and then there is Lawrence customer service!! We truly appreciated and enjoyed meeting him and staying at your property.
