We wanted to stay near Marlow in a clean pleasant modern hotel and this place turned out to be just right. We loved the variety of lounge areas and casual eating spots both inside and outside by the lake. Helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza Marlow for a night with my partner. The staff - especially Prabhakar - were excellent and went over and above to accommodate our requests. We will definitely be back!

Me and my husband went here for our anniversary weekend. We had a lovely weekend until I received an email from this hotel at 3 o’clock on Sunday afternoon when we were nearly home. £150 has been taken out of my bank from this hotel as they had accused us of urinating in the bed. I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted with this accusation despite numerous emails and complaining to IHG who own this hotel I’ve had no joy I haven’t had my money back. They’re calling me a liar and they are now ignoring my emails. I categorically refute the allegations neither me nor my husband urinated in the bed when we left our room the bed was bone dry and the sheets were spotless apart from us having slept in them for one night. Do not use this hotel as the way they treat their client is appalling. Our weekend has now been tainted with this.

From check in to check out we jade no issues whatsoever but there was always staff around to help if we needed it. The spa and its facilities were faultless, the room was immaculate and well equipped. Our stay came with dinner and breakfast and we had lunch in the bar and all the food was amazing and the service was brilliant.

Beautifully refurbished bedroom and quite spacious. The complete hotel is quite modern and stylish.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly.
Restaurant is not cheap but very good quality.
The location close to Marlow is absolutely quiet.
The only I missed was a Club Lounge...

Very comfortable stay in a very large room. Breakfast and dinner was very good. Did not use spa on this occasion though will use should we return. Shame half of the rooms overlook car park. Some suggestions: Would be nice to have bath products next to bath as well as shower. Very grey / corporate look everywhere which although modern, could be improved by few more large plants. Only minor things and did not spoil our stay.

Went on a spa weekend and Rooms and food were great. However the spa was packed! Noisy kids splashing around in the pool. Hot tub, steam room and sauna were full. Nowhere to put towels and robe. Stood around for 5 minutes then left. We weren’t the only ones to do this. Very disappointing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend a spa here.
