I got to say at the Crowne Plaza for a work trip. I was impressed from the time that I set foot into the hotel. I was greeted with a smile. I really liked the selection of the marketplace. All of the staff was very friendly and always was greeted with a smile. Would definitely stay there again.

Worst hotel and customer service ever. Pool area was full of trash and dirty towels everywhere, unattended kids, no lifeguard, no microwave. Found marihuana at the desk drawer in the room, fair to say my kids were staying in that room, which means poor cleaning.

The hotel rooms were very dark and cave like. There were a lot of loud young people running around that echies throughout the "plaza" and as such to all the rooms. We had the "do not disturb" on the door until late morning. We were informed once the maids went by they would not return. When I have stayed at CP in the past they had bars, gardens, and pleasent seating arraignments in the center plaza, Things have changed. We payed more for this place then other properties in the area tgunking it would be nicer. We will not return.

Needed hotel and attempted to use IHG points unfortunately there was a national cheerleading event so all hotels were crazy expensive. I had enough t points for 2 nights but for whatever reason the system would not allow and I was in town for a funeral. Disappointed the app wouldn’t allow me to use my points for 2 nights and I ended up having to pay .. def beware of the points because it isn’t always a deal and feel no one offered me any thing for my troubles at the hotel when I had to re check in .. smh

Before you go to sleep, set the AC down 3 or more degrees below what you consider normal, then set the fan controls to medium, or you'll wake up hot. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

We book with IHG everywhere we stay/travel. Mainly, Holiday Inn Express. So, I was very disappointed with this property. The rooms are outdated. There were no USB ports to charge electronic devices. The front TV was damaged. Apparently, we had a newly renovated room. They were also still doing construction. So, my wife and I were woken up early Sunday morning to drilling and banging construction. We are Gold members. Our status wasn’t recognized upon checking in. So, it was bad from the jump.
Won’t allow to change from excellent to mild rating.
