Lovely clean, spacious room and bathroom with a great view. Can be noisy at night being on a main road. Air con did not work which was uncomfortable during the warmest weekend of the year so far. Reception team need to work on being welcoming and friendly ! The hotel housekeeping team deserve acknowledgement - everywhere is spotless! The restaurant is well run in the morning and the variety of options is great. Shame the cooked food was all cold . I would still recommend the hotel to friends and family

Yes, I recommend this property.
Overall a decent hotel, a good breakfast selection of ok quality. Staff were happy, friendly and willing to help. Stayed for leisure with my teen children. it's a good spot to explore this side of London from. Taking the Cable car over to Greenwich peninsula and exploring the parks and museums there.

Yes, I recommend this property.
Great staff, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Comfortable bed but room was a little tired and lacked any seating area other than one office chair or the beds (not ideal for three people!) - you could see by the marks on the wall that there used to be a sofa or tub chairs in the room (plus there was a coffee table!).
Despite this, I would recommend the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel on the night of 14th - 15th April and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I was delighted to receive a room with a nice view 1608 which made my stay even more special. I'm truly grateful to the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service.
A special thanks to Iqrah, who kindly offered early check in, such a thoughtful gesture that brightened my day. Thanks to the Nights team - Luqman, Suma and Jules who kindly made sure everything was perfect with the room, which it absolutely was!
Without a doubt I would rate my stay 10/10.
